Our client is a leading global expert in the Medical devices business that is looking for a web content coordinator within the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Communications Team Leader. In this function you are responsible for updating and revising the company's websites (country websites and distributor sites) in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region, providing recommendations for content updates and monitoring website traffic. It manages the content of allocated EMEA websites, including newsletters, which encompasses identifying and managing content needs and requirements and is responsible for gathering, organising, routing and publishing content.

Description du poste

- Responsible for the operation of the country, regional and distributor websites across parts of EMEA - Content management and publishing of allocated EMEA websites - Review and coordinate internationally the upkeep websites with the peer-level Web Content Coordinators across other locations - Coordinate the various projects such as content generation, translators, proofreading by our partners etc. - Work cross functionally with EMEA Marketing to ensure that the online presence meets the customers' expectations - Regularly monitor performance, suggest possible solutions and improvements - Support the development, launch and management of web-based campaigns and monitor relating traffic/metrics - Work cross functionally with EMEA Marketing, subsidiaries, regional representative including distributors as well as with the Global online teams to ensure that the web meets the expectations of our present and prospective customers. - Monitor project progresses and implementation of optimization thereof - Train web coordinators in the local markets - Contribute to achieve improvements of systems/tools and processes

Profil recherché

- Completed Bachelor or Higher education in Marketing and/or Web publishing - At least 2 years working experience in a similar role (marketing/communications/web publishing) - Experience in developing online content and concepts as well as using web/internet applications - Fluent English skills, German is a plus - Advanced HTML and web application/publishing software skills - Advanced MS Office - Content Management Systems knowledge - Excellent communicator, ability to generate new ideas and concepts, strong organizational and project management skills - Team oriented, enjoys cross functional and international work, ability to influence others
