To strengthen their Customer Service department in Geneva in the context of the implementation of SAP, we are looking for a Customer Service Associate for a 6 months contract to be filled as soon as possible.

Description du poste

Improve "front-end" to customers -Improve on floor delivery performance -Communicate effectively -Address customer issues proactively -Anticipate any potential delivery issue

Link customer needs and feedback to supply chain operations -Learn from customer's complaints -Enhance inter-department coordination -Collect and communicate customer requirements/issues proactively

Actively manage orders -Monitor order release -Management and maintenance of customer orders -Organize and review shipment plans with customer portfolio -Action all fulfillment opportunities and ensure maximum delivery window adherence

Support Sales team & Customers -Offer complete support to Sales initiatives (Openings, EDI set up, new partnership's) -Eliminate onerous administrative procedures -Deal with customer litigation (Refusals and returns) until credit note issuance -Give support on Invoicing & Debit Note reconciliation to Finance Dpt

Profil recherché

-Fluent English and an other European Language
-2-5 years of professional experience in Customer Services (Transport & deliveries experience a plus)
-Accurate and attentive to detail
-Flexible, open minded, positive attitude and good Team player
-Organisation skills, capacity to deal with priorities and react to urgency
-Analytical and problems solving skills
-Computer Literate (Excel, Powerpoint, CSM-AS400 and/or SAP, EDI)
-Results orientated, flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
-Strong analytical skills/"out of the box" thinking to logically question and proactively flag potential issues
-Strong problem solving abilities
-Ability to drive improvements and change
-Strong time-management skills, ability to adhere to tight deadlines
-Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
-Customer service oriented, « can-do» attitude
-Detail oriented and disciplined in follow through and completion of projects
